Training and briefings
External and FTP backup, unless they have been assigned separately, can not be supported.
These services will be charged at the valid hourly rate, within business hours,
Monday -Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 charged.
Server backups are not created automatically, they can be ordered separately or within the commission.
Contracts for continuous IT services are initially concluded for a minimum service period of three months. They may be terminated in writing by either party subject to a notice period of 1 month at the end of each quarter, but not before the expiration of any agreed minimum service period of three months.
